Russell Greene is a cyberpsycho boss fairly easy to kill if you follow some steps. First, before being spotted by Russell, deactivate both Security Turrets located at the ceiling of a house. After that, try to destroy the 2 drones in the area, I didn’t do that and almost got killed.

Russell will charge at you, so be ready to kite him or to use a shotgun. He should die in some rounds.

After that, find the missing info and message Regina. Mission complete!
