This is the first Buff Totem Fight of the game and it’s at Mission 5 at the Super Gore Nest with the objective to destroy the nest. To complete it you need to kill the big demons and monsters. This walkthrough shows how to locate and destroy the Buff Totem and completed it at Nightmare difficulty. The best tip to pass through it is to find the correct teleport to take you to the Buff Totem. Punch it to destroy the Buff Totem. At the end of this fight, you will get a Yellow Gore Key.
