To complete the side quest Into the Burrows and gain access to Midnight Borrows you need to read the stone notations that are behind Tokk. There are large, medium, and small stones as there are large, medium, and small flower bells. Follow the other of the stones as you jump and ring the flower bells. At the video walkthrough, it is explained how to do it.
